Director and co-ownerGreg is a chartered quantity surveyor who has been working on large infrastructure projects in the UK across the Highway & Rail sectors since 2010. Greg is a highly qualified professional with impeccable ethics.
Greg has provided commercial support / advise for a multitude of national contractors where his experienced has aided in the development of commercial procedures, continued affective commercial management, procurement strategies & dispute avoidance. Recently, Greg has acted as Commercial Lead for a national contractor where he has headed up their highways division, managing and nurturing a team of 10 surveyors. During this period Greg has managed a portfolio in excess of £50m per annum with particular focus on the SMA & RDP frameworks.
Greg is a specialist in NEC contractual administration/management, disputes, and dispute avoidance, he is also an NEC accredited Project Manager. He has also gained extensive experienced in delay analysis and the preparation of time and quantum matters, whether it’s the preparation, assessment, negotiation or settlement of such claims. He is a member of the Chartered Institue of Arbitrators.
A Chartered Construction Manager who has been working in the construction and civil engineering sector since 1998.
In 2008 his career progressed into Project Management, where he had been co-ordinating and managing delivery teams on large multi-million pound highway infrastructure schemes. Within this period he has been able to apply myself whilst working for Tier 1 contractors, Tier 2 supply partners and also client side, giving a 360 view of the processes, strategic requirements and delivery challenges.
He is a highly motivated and responsible individual with an exceptional work ethic and attention to detail, allowing me to administer an order in accordance with a contract.
He has an excellent interpersonal and communication skills which are utilised to establish, maintain and develop effective working relationships with clients, stake holders, operational teams, and colleagues.
A confident and collaborative leader, who prides themselves in working effectively to support and steer diverse teams through change, working under pressure and creating solutions to benefit all parties, whilst optimising the use of available resources and techniques.
